Shipping & Delivery Costs
For a limited time, we are offering free shipping within UK. We provide a tracking ID with each shipment confirmation via email for all deliveries.

All orders are generally delivered within the timeframe above. However, in rare cases, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.
Deliveries are subject to stock availability. If an item ordered is unexpectedly unavailable despite careful planning due to reasons beyond our control, we will offer you a product of equal quality and price as a substitute. You are not obliged to accept this substitute and may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will promptly notify you of the unavailability and refund any payments made if you choose to withdraw.
If we experience a delay in delivery or are unable to deliver due to reasons that are our responsibility, and this is not due to intent or gross negligence, liability for damages is excluded. Further claims remain unaffected. In cases where delays are caused by reasons beyond our control (force majeure, third-party fault, etc.), the delivery period will be reasonably extended, and we will notify you immediately. If the cause of delay extends beyond four (4) weeks from the contract date, either party may withdraw from the contract.
We generally only deliver within UK. Delivery to other countries requires a separate written agreement (see Section 2.5).
For orders from customers with residence or business location abroad, or if there are valid indications of payment default risk, we reserve the right to deliver only after receiving the purchase price and shipping costs (prepayment requirement). If we invoke this prepayment requirement, we will inform you immediately. In this case, the delivery period begins upon receipt of payment.
Additional Information
Shipping costs are listed in the pricing details of our online shop. The price, including VAT and any applicable shipping costs, is also displayed in the order summary before you submit your order. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is always free for you.
Our customers pay no shipping fees! No matter how much you order, we cover all shipping costs.
If you validly withdraw from the contract in accordance with Section 9, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Payment for ordered items and delivery fees can be made via credit card, PayPal, or instant bank transfer. All invoices are payable in full immediately upon receipt.
When paying by credit card, your account will be charged upon shipment. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
